Orders will generally ship the same day if ordered by 12:00pm EST. This is an estimate and every effort is made to ship orders as soon as possible but generally after 12:00pm EST. the order will ship the next day.

Ground- will ship either USPS, Fedex or UPS

3 Day air- UPS, Fedex or USPS

AIR- USPS Express, UPS 2nd Day or FEDEX 2 Day

Small item orders and orders under $100. generally ship via USPS. This saves our customers on shipping costs.

Larger order items and orders over $100. generally ship UPS or FEDEX

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOU ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EVEN IF THE PRODUCT INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING, ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RETURNED, SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT. WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. IF THE ORDER IS DEFECTIVE WE WILL PAY TO SHIP IT BACK ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT A REPLACEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT A REPLACEMENT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING. RETURNS MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND PAPERWORK THAT CAME WITH THE SHIPMENT OR YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT/REFUND OR ONLY A PARTIAL CREDIT/REFUND. YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENT BACK TO A.M.I. SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE RETURNS IF THE ABOVE POLICY IS NOT MET.

All returns must be shipped to the address that A.M.I. Services provides to you. Any package refused or sent to an address that A.M.I. Services did not provide for return can be subject to restocking fees.

All returned products must first undergo an inspection. If the product is found to be in good working order and without any defects your money, less shipping costs, will be promptly refunded. All products must be returned in good working condition with no physical damage/defects or additional restocking fees may be applied.

All packages without valid return authorization number on the box will be refused.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 2pm EST on the day of order. Since products will be shipped after that time we cannot cancel the order.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for testing kits or opened filters. Once they are opened they cannot be used so we cannot accept returns on them.

Returns: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping or restocking fee. If the product is found to be in good working order and without defects your money, less shipping costs or restocking fee will be promptly refunded. We cannot refund shipping! Due to the fact that we pay for shipping on orders, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund depending on the price of the original shipping cost.
