Small item orders and orders under $100. generally ship via USPS. This saves our customers on shipping costs.

Larger order items and orders over $100. generally ship UPS or FEDEX

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

• SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOU ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EVEN IF THE PRODUCT INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING, ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RETURNED, SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT. WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. RETURNS MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND PAPERWORK THAT CAME WITH THE SHIPMENT OR YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT/REFUND OR ONLY A PARTIAL CREDIT/REFUND. YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENTD BACK TO A.M.I. SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE RETURNS IF THE ABOVE POLICY IS NOT MET.

All returned products must first undergo an inspection. If the product is found to be in good working order and without any defects your money, less shipping costs, will be promptly refunded. All products must be returned in good working condition with no physical damage/defects or additional restocking fees up to $150.00 will be applied.

All packages without valid return authorization number on the box will be refused.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 4pm EST on the day of order. Since products will be shipped after that time we cannot cancel the order.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for testing kits.

Returns: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping or restocking fee. If the product is found to be in good working order and without defects your money, less shipping costs or restocking fee will be promptly refunded. We cannot refund shipping! Due to the fact that we pay for shipping on orders over $100 a restocking fee of up to $100 will be deducted from your refund depending on the price of the product and original shipping cost.
